Start with a clearly defined issue: inconsistent records, the consequences of an event or medical questions that need clarification. A particular outcome cannot be commissioned. The physician must retain independent judgement.
What is agreed before work starts?
Questions, expert availability, report language, volume of records, any translation or examination, fee and deadline. For Polish–German cases, we also clarify the recipient and requirements for use of the document.
What do we not promise?
We do not guarantee a particular conclusion, compensation or acceptance by a court or insurer. The rules for using a private report must be checked for the particular procedure. Our process and scope are available before you enquire.
