A physician reviews the agreed records and addresses defined medical questions in a written report, with reasons and limitations. The enquiry form is for organisational information; medical records follow through a separately agreed channel.

Where an examination is medically necessary, arrangements in Germany may be possible after assessment and agreement. Location, language support, costs and availability must be confirmed before travel.
