Medical expert opinions: choose the right scope.

Records-based opinion
An independent review of medical records, answering defined questions and identifying evidence gaps.
Law firms, insurers and TPA
Medical analysis for individual cases or an agreed ongoing cooperation model. Questions, case volume, communication and quality requirements are agreed in advance.
Examination in Germany
An additional examination may be arranged where medically necessary and agreed separately. Travel and accommodation are not included unless expressly agreed.
Video-supported assessment
In development. Physician recruitment is open. A video interview is considered only when suitable and does not replace a necessary examination.
A. Preliminary medical review of the records
Clarifying the question, the chronology of documents, missing material and the specialty required, plus whether a records-based assessment is sufficient. Administrative intake and the paid preliminary physician review are separate; there is no automated medical clearance.
B. Specialist records-based opinion
Answers to the agreed medical questions with references to the file, stated limitations and the physician's signature. For insurers and TPA typically injury consequences, medical causation or necessity of treatment; for law firms the medical assessment of a course of treatment. No legal decision and no payment guarantee.
C. Independent second opinion
An independent assessment of existing findings and medical questions, including within subcontractor networks of assistance companies. Scope and specialty are confirmed before acceptance and conflicts of interest are excluded for every case.
Optional: language and cross-border coordination
The language of the original records, the language of the report and the translation scope are defined separately. Original and translation stay linked, and costs and physician queries are organised as agreed. Sworn translations are confirmed only where available and needed; we do not claim that every reporting physician speaks Polish. Single order, pilot and framework agreement are purchasing formats, not additional medical products.
