INEM · MEDICAL EXPERT OPINIONS

Questions about medical expert opinions.

What to expect before commissioning a report through INEM.

Can I send medical records with my enquiry?

No. Use the form only for organisational information. We agree the scope and fee first, then explain how to transfer documents.

What does a report cost?

Fees depend on records volume, specialty, complexity, questions, language, translation and any examination. A quote is agreed before the assignment.

Can the whole assessment take place by video?

Video assessment is in development and appointments are not yet bookable. Even after launch, the physician must assess suitability; video cannot replace a necessary physical examination.

Is the report available in English or Polish?

The website is available in both languages. The report language and any interpretation or translation must be agreed separately; a translated website does not guarantee physician availability in that language.

Will the opinion be accepted by a court or ZUS?

We cannot guarantee acceptance or the outcome of proceedings. A private opinion does not replace an official expert assessment or benefit decision.

How can a physician apply?

Use the physician questionnaire. Describe qualifications, registration, experience, languages, availability and expected fees. Video applicants can also describe their remote assessment experience.
