Agree the types of questions, specialties, languages, anticipated volume, communication responsibilities and how records may be transferred.
Per-case clarity
Expert availability, scope, complexity, price and turnaround are confirmed. There are no automatic acceptance or universal turnaround guarantees.
Quality and independence
Reports distinguish the evidence, reasoning and limitations. Any further review or clarification is agreed as part of the scope. The insurer or competent authority retains responsibility for its own decision.
