Current context: ZUS data for the first half of 2026
ZUS reported 17.2 million absence days for injuries, poisoning and external causes in its statistics on insured persons’ own illness. Population data shows the scale of the issue, but cannot determine the consequences of an individual accident.
Questions for an opinion
Which consequences are documented? Do the chronology and medical findings support a connection to the event? Which pre-existing conditions need consideration? Which functional limitations can be assessed, and which require an examination or further records?
What can we offer?
A records review and answers to agreed questions, subject to specialty and availability. For issues spanning several disciplines, we establish whether more than one physician is needed. An opinion does not automatically determine compensation or legal liability.
