How we handle cases from the region
We have no office in Gdansk and do not examine patients in Poland. You send the records via a secure channel we provide once the scope is agreed. A specialist physician from our network in Germany prepares the opinion in the agreed language. If an examination is needed, it takes place in Germany.
Courts in the region
Depending on the value of the claim, civil cases from this area go to a district court or the Sąd Okręgowy w Gdańsku, with appeals to the Sąd Apelacyjny w Gdańsku. A private opinion can support your lawyer; the court decides on its weight and may appoint its own expert.
